Flooding

I bought the 1030, 10 metre water proof camera 16 months ago and had to have it repaired 10 months after buying it due to flooding at only surface depth 0.5 metre! it was under warranty so it was fixed, any way the next time in the water it was ok. but 6 months later when it went in again it flooded,

ive heard alot of people saying this and it must be a regular complaint, as i have no warranty now my $500 camera is useless? is there anything olympus will do?
