Ude behaviour by Omega Geyser Service cente

I would like to bring this to your notice, that your service department is a big fraud especially Mr. Vijay Pandit.

Either he does not pick up his phone when you call or starts abusing on the phone.

It does not matter who is the person calling, me and my wife both have tried to call him but he simply start abusing with such abusive language.

Also, he start yelling at customers like he does not want to have the distributorship of Omega. My request to you, if he does not want the distributorship ask him to talk to you and not customers.

It does not matter whether you take any action against him or not, but I can tell you one thing in future I am not going to buy anything manufactured by Omega Electricals and also I will not recommend it to anybody.
