I bought Onida AC 1.5 Ton in month of April' at the time of sale they assured me for 4 free services, I have requested many times for due service but no response from authorised service centre which is situated at Raj Nagar Ghaziabad, I lodged my complaint on 2nd of July for first free service and till the date nobody came to me, now they are not picking the phone only one landline no. is there i.e. 120-4105430, so friends my advise is never buy ONIDA PRODUCTS because there services are sucked. you can call me on 9650699106
