I had filed three consecutive complaints regarding my 1.5 ton Onida Window A.C. at the dealer from which i bought it last year. He had called up the customer care of Onida India. They had made false promises that our executive will visit you on Monday or on that day Blah blah. The first complaint was filed by me on 11th March. I can also provide you the complaint number which the dealer had with him.

Kindly do something to stop the dictatorship of big names like Onida. These big brands only knows how to sell product but they dont know that what is customer satisfaction, they treat us like we are nothing.
