Unserviceability

Sir,

I m staying away from my elederly parents and due to severity of climate provided an Air Conditioner bought from NEXT home appliances Ambattur two years back. the same is unserviceable since last eight months. Inspite of repeated complaints with the dealer and the company by my elderly parents neither the company nor the dealer responded. And my parents are not ready to agree to get it serviced from any local vendor. I here by request that if any responsible person of your esteemed firm goes through this complaint please assist my parents on the ohone number 044-26840561 as am away for another two months
