Not reparing the tv since january

My tv onida 29 oxygen 300w is not working from 22 jan i have launched several complaints against it.my latest complaint no.is10020696380779 which was launched on 15 february at 11.am.till date only once a technician named RAVIKANT came n looked n said u can watch ur tv as it is as crackers type sound was coming from it.he took up the sign of my father on a paper and told that he has to show in the compnay that he has visited our place.afterwards we called in the company they told us that ur tv has been already repaired n u had sined the paper for that. After that day we r again n again calling in the companybut no one is there to listen my problem.this have been the worst experience for me about the company n its product. You people have no responsibilty after selling a product. You r only responsible till selling it.i will request other people in the future not to take any product of ONIDA as company is not having any skilled n mannered technician who can repair ur product as there will be any fault.
