Dismal "after sale services"

Electronics and household app.

I purchased JVC 42" LCD TV (Model LT - 42 Ex 18) from Jackys, Century Mall, Souk Al Bahar, Dubai vide invoice RSICS 400777 dated 30 May. The set has an international warranty of 1 year from the date of sale. Within 4 months of its operation, the set got conked off and went dead in Sept.

JVC has co-hosting for after sale services with ONIDA, as given in the product manual, so I approached their local office at panipat. After lot of persuasion, the resident engineer of ONIDA came and collected Power supply board, Main board and AV Board.

Now it has been 6 months of struggle with umpteen numbers of phone calls to ONIDA's Panipat, Karnal, Delhi and Mumbai offices with many e-mails and repetitive reminders but in vain. Every time, the new dates are given and repetitively they fail on given promises.

I feel cheated after spending my hard earned money on given renowned brand name.

Would request your intervention to get the matter resolved as been deprived of my rights from last 6 months. Regards!
