Order booked on 05.06.11 and Not received till date my ordered LCD TV

Gati returned the consighnment to Star Cj Gurgaon and delivered on 20.6.11 vide doc no. 389279097 (Scan copy of Dockets attached)

Kindly arrange to re-deliver the order in good condition at the earliest without further delay as already it was 20 days late.
