Onida (microwave oven, power convection 25lts DLX)
Not working

Hi,

I had bought a microwave oven, power convection 25lts 2 years back. During the first week of January the oven stopped working (in the process of cooking there was a sound and the smell of burnt coil emerged). i registered a complaint with onida and a service engineer had come. After checking he said the unit has to be taken to the service centre for checking. so the next day i took the oven to the service centre in Anna Nagar (their telephone no.044-32973243) and registered a complaint sheet dated 12.01. complaint no.12011535380036.

Till date there is no feedback about it. i keep calling them every week but they keep saying it will be ready in 2 days time. I even personally went to the service centre and demanded an explanation but in vain. i am fed up following them and now i am helpless without the oven.

Please help me get back my oven in good condition.
