I m Puneet Malik from Panipat. From last 20 years we r using the products of Onida but this time the dealer BALAJI HINDUSTAN ENTERPRISES (G.T. ROAD. NEAR H.D.F.C. BANK) has done a big fraud. Because last year we bought a split AC and that time he sent a used AC to us and the stabilizer was also not in work. We did not complaint for them but now when the compressor of AC is not working then no one even the service centre and the dealer is not taking the responsibility even they are not listening. And they are saying that you have to pay the charges for all this. But there is 5 years warranty of the motor of AC and compressor is a part of motor. So I want to post this complaint.
