I registered a complaint with onida india for attending to the installation of my onida split Ac model number S12SPD3

on 25 April. Complaint no. Is 11042606380460. technician from onida came to my house after a weeks time and

install AC but find out there is a problem in PCB he took PCB with him saying i will repair this in office and

tomorrow will configure these in AC, he removed all component of AC and just put these on the floor. Since then I

have been contacting them every day on phone and I am only given false assurances that their service engineer will

visit my plac. Till today, the 15th of may no has visited my place nor have I received any phone call from them.

i am not getting any reply from onida and the AC is also damaged by them and also they took the parts from AC.

Requesting you to please take necessary action against them and provide my money back.
