The said unit was purchased from Skylark Enterprises, Mumbai --16 on 06/08.. Routine services were over during specified period. I had not entered into service contract with either the Dealer or the Onida
Service centre. yesterday i recd tel call from # 07498149316, telling that a service was diue & a serviceman would visit for the same, without any appointment or my demand for the service. It was told that the sevice was FREE OF CHARGE. In fact it was a forced one OVER & ABOVE CAUSING LOSS OF MY IMP APPOINTMENT. This morn call was recd 2 remit the service charges. This is shear cheating / sort of extraction. The co's Kalina service centre particulars given r: Asfak Alam Mob # 9820867486 & the attendent is Saddam @ # 9594761693. On contacting Co's main customer-care centre
I was asked 2 contact zonal centre, & in turn was spun round passing the buck 2 several contact nos. Is this not a harassment uninvited/uncalled for?
