I purchased an Onida 29 oxygen 3 years ago. Within 1 month of purchase, the screen started shrinking. when I registered a compaint with the dealer, they told its normal and might be a problem of your cable connection. After 3 yrs, the picture tube just failed!!! on consulting, the dealer told to give it in exchange. Is it like this that when one's tv fails to work, you give it in exchange everytime???
