Bad service of Repairing Centres

Sir,

My Name is Vijay. I had purchase an Onida tv. on 07-11 from New Uma Electronics Lalbangla, Kanpur-7. After 9 month i faced a problem in its screen, its screen goes blank. I called customer care and make a complain no-11080566381590 named Rahul singh. They sent engineer but he could not solve the problem. i made complain again and send the Tv to service centre near situated sec-b Aliganj, Lucknow. after 15 days they returned the tv without any repairing and without any satisfied answer. I have its full papers with warantee/guarantee card. I have wasted 1000 rs and my study time for exam.

I request to solve my problem as soon as it could otherwise i will knock the door of consumer court. I have only 2 days if no satisfied action is taken i will proceed it ahead.
