ONIDA TV, LCD / LED
TV IS NOT WORKING

I have purchased LCD / LED TV from Pankaj Electronics, Hanumanthanagar about six months back, at least it went of action no less than thrice, every time it is next to impossible to get touch with ONIDA Service cent re people to come repair the same, they have ready made answer for each and every thing, the spares are not available, this model is not available he is not there or she is not there. Less said better about the call cent re people, many of them not can not peak English nor we understand their English.By and large it is like hell. On top of this they do not lift phones this is state of affairs in ONIDA's, so called Customer care. Will any government agency is there to take action on this type of people and give relief to Consumer's
