Battery Problems

I had bought a onida hand set (v140) at a retail store at New Sanghvi on 13/03. From the very next day I see the mobile had problems with the battery.

I had been to the mobile store and their service center in chinchwad but I could not find any good response. They made me run behind them, finally gives me the hand set saying that it is done and the same problem is seen again. I got vexed with the response and would like to log a complaint. Request you to help me with the suggestions for the action taken.

And request you to not to allow such bad companies run their mobiles in the markets troubling the customers.

My mobile even today (10/04) is in a dead state.

Please let me know with the further action to be taken.
