POOREST SERVICE IN AHMEDABAD

I purchase onida washing machine on 19/07 from Next retail shop in BOPAL and my miseries began. I do not want to write long list of problems but the latest one is as follows.

My washing motor was replaced by them on chargeable basis on 28/03 by Mr R Pathak with cash memo no 11166 with a verbal guarantee for one year. On 05/08 the motor stopped working and I lodged complain no 110814736380978 on 06/11 but even on this day they are giving lame excuses as heavy rain house was locked technician is busy etc and call centre already declares complaint as closed because the technician bluffs that house was locked. My point is why can he not give me a missed call if onida company does not pay him enough?

I am at a loss on how to solve this problem and what legel action Should I take if at all possible
