Panasonic LCD TV
The TV is not working properly

I have taken an LCD TV of Panasonic Viera 32" on 14/04 it was working properly but on 15/04 the TV's Voice suddenly started cracking in a very bad manner. We are requesting it to replace but the Dealer Mr. Chand of NEXT electronics (Dombivali (e)) is not cooperating with us and not refunding the money back also.
