Panasonic Refrigerator - Delivered Dented

We bought a panasonic refrigerator - 414 L, from Reliance Digital - Gurgaon. The refrigerator when delivered was found dented. Since, the last many days we've been following up with both reliance and Panasonic, but without any results. With this level of customer service just after the product was bought, we just hope that there are no subsequent problems to the product. We will strongly recommend to customers not to buy any panasonic product, specially products that may require service after a few months. At least people should not go through the harassment that we've been witness to after paying 35, 000 for a refrigerator.
