Regarding not providing Warranty Card

I m Shalini Srivastava residing at VB-135, WZ-154 B First Floor, Virender Nagar, Lane-5, New Delhi. I have purchsed Panasonic TV, Model No- TC-21 RX 20C on 8 Nov from Audio Point, Shop No-3, GL -17, Hari Nagar Jail Road, New Delhi.

They have not provide us warranty card and Manual Booklet along with the TV and when i asked about this they behaved rudely. we asked many times and lastly they said.." JO KARNA HAI KAR LO, ...HAM NAHI DENGE " Due to this, I am unable to operate the TV properly.

So Kindly take possible action as soon as Possible.
