Airball wall fan

I have purchased all cables, fans, ex. fans from HAVELS for my new house from local dealer Radha electricals. But only one wall fan is giving problem from the day it installed. It is very noisy and gives very much vibration. I complained to my dealer and to ur c care on phone. I got comp.no.two times last one is BD 111117 and ur engr.came to my place two times did nothing and told me that fan is o.k and one devolpment he made that my fan always swings, never stops. Now no body is listing to me. This is only for your feedback and for people who use Havels. Fan cost is only Rs. 2500 but it matters that such acompany behaves in such a manner.
