Poor After sales service

Dear Mr Atul Sharma (Sr Executive -Services Godrej and Boyce)

We are very concerned about very poor after sales service from your company. We filed a complaint about failure of Split AC complaint no 625472 on 7th March. It has not been rectified till date.(20 days after lodging complaint.)Moreover the AC is under warranty period and was purchased 5 months back.

It is highly deplorable that when we phoned up Godrej Customer care, the concerned person Mr Sanjay - who is given the job of looking after the complaints refused to come on the phone.

The AC is still not rectified till date. We recommend that all buyers of splt ACs think twice before going in for Godrej make ACs. The service is poor and will spoil the name of the Godrej group for sure.
