Sir, i have purchased 1 dvd player from philips and with in warrenty it went to service station 3, after that again it was faulty & they confirmed me an exchange now service station is not responding neither the dealer it is so worst they are misbehaving too .philips should be ashamed of this kind of after sales treatement.
