Philips/ DVD 3126
NO ACTION BEEN INITIATED AGAINST COMPLAINTS

I have purchased a DVD player of PHILIPS (DVD 3126) last week of September' from CSD Canteen, Head Quarter, Eastern Command, Kokkata. Only few CDs can be played through the said product, the lion share are rejected by the player as " No supporting file" from the very first day. Lots of complaints have been made to the various channels of "PHILIPS". No action has been initiated by the company so far. CSD, Kolkata is also helpless with the "PHILIPS". The purpose of the purchase was to provide some relaxation to my near octogenarian, ailing mother resides alone in the residence, as I left for the office everyday, went in vain. Even an Email complaints to the company directly yield no result. Please help us in getting the product rectified / replaced for the expected yield or to get the price back.
