TOO MUCH OF WOOFER SOUND

DEAR SIR,

I have bought ONIDA 32 DIAMOND KY ROCK LCD TV from Shubham Electronics which is in Devaraj Urs Road in Mysore. Even if I put the TV in mute also the beep sound from the woofer is coming. That sound can be heard until you increase the sound upto 7 or 8. If I ask the dealer, they are saying it is in that way lcd is manifactured. Once technicians from Onida came and said that there is a problem internally... After that again I called the customer service from Onida.. but they did not respond.. No customer care at all from ONIDA... I just want to know whether it is a failed model or customer has to bear with that sound which comes so constantly...

Can Someone from Onida rescue me from this torture... through this great forum.. which is of immense help...
