Refund of charges debited unilaterally by the Company

My mobile No.9659494919, had a balance of Rs.69.36. On 20.03.2011 I received a message stating that for subscribing for celeberity my a/c has been debited with Rs.30/-. On 23.03.2011 again I received another message stating that for subscribing for friends zone my a/c has been debited with Rs.30/-. I am not all using the mobile as i have four other mobiles on hand. I have never sought for the above facility as informed by the company. As i am not all using the mobiile f (i am having other three mobile phones with Aircel sim and in that mobile the company has not done any deduction as they are constantly used. As I am not using the above mobile, they have unilaterally deducted Rs.60/- and the balance is now Rs. 9.36 only. Even my complaint to the Company has not been attended. Further in the case of friends zone they have not at all registered the complaint. earlier complaint no. SR 1-4084622149 (for refund of celeberity charges) remain unresolved. Refuse to accept my complaint for refund of friends zone charges. I want justice. please do the needful
