Warranty issue

My name is piyush shukla and i am from bangalore

.i bought the tablet Z909 plus 2 weeks back.. i bought it online. total cost was 3, 400 rs. the company name is Zync it was working okay for the first day, but FROM THE 2ND day only, it started getting hanged. it was getting hanged on the android logo. i called customer care, but nothing worked out. then i had to courier it to your repair center at delhi. this is because the zync company does warranty period products repair at delhi. i myself had packed the tablet for courier. and now i m getting a call From Zync company that the tablet was physically damaged. and that i have to pay 2, 000 rs.

this is really unfair as i can assure you that there was no physical damage to the tablet. i had used it for just one day, and i had packed it myself for the courier.

this is really sad and an unfair way of doing business. totally unfair to me. they are just doing this to take money from me.

so, i request you to take proper action on it. here are my details:

my courier reference number : 13700473776. (blue dart). you can call and check that the product was in good condition or not. (i already checked. they say that the product was in good condition when they delivered it).
