IFB microwave
Inspite several reminders defect not rectified

I had made a complaint for IFB Microwave on 21st September and got the reference No.101167. The appliance was bought in the year 2010 and is under warranty for three years. The microwave is not working at all. After several reminders and follow ups, the IFB customer care representative says that the warranty period is expired! We are planning to lodge a case with the consumer court by this week end.
