I HAV A WORD WITH ANUPRANA [CUSTOMER CARE CENTER ] ON 20TH OCT TO ASK ABOUT THE BBM FACILITIES AND THE TIME LIMIT . BUT YOU PERSON WAS VERY RUDE, HE IS THERE TO HELP YOUR CLIENTS NOT TO BEHAVE LIKE AND STUPID ILLITRATE. APART FROM THIS HE DEACTIVATED MY BBM WITHOUT MY REQUEST OR PERMISSION. I WANT MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED FAST . EVEN YOUR HEAD DEPARTMENT IS OF NO USE I HAVE CALLED THEM SO MANY TIMES BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN YET.

I EXPECT YOU TO TAKE SERIOUS ACTION SO THAT YOUR BRAND NAME DOES NOT SPOIL DUE TO THESE PEOPLE UNDER YOU.I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
