Illegal deduct money

Hi,

I am using prepaid aircel connection and they have been deducting money from my account for the services that I haven't subscribed for. Today I got a message saying "Thanks for subscribing to Vikatan News and Rs.30 has been deducted for it". I have never heard of such a service and never sent any message from my mobile. My whole family is using Aircel and everyone of us is facing these kind of cheating very frequently. Requesting you to take some action on these cheaters.
