Exide Battery
DEFORMED WITHIN 6 Months

I Bought 4 numbers of EXIDE ELECTRICA batteries from M/S Pal Auto Electricals on 21st May and used in my YO BIKE. I found these batteries are deformed within 6 months that is within replacement guaranty period as per the EXIDE WARRANTY. However the dealer delayed to receive these for claim and asked me to come on sunday. Then again asked to bring the yo bike and then the charger etc. Finally the 6 months are over and now the dealer says nothing can be claimed from the company now.

Please suggest me what to do?
