Cheated in the customer service

Dear Nivedita,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia Asha N 302, three time for the problems that its hanging, no battery back up and restarting on its own at Care point Bangalore Jayanagar. I was told that the software is not updated and they updated it, the same problem persisted then I went back to them and they kept if for observation this time. After two days the same problem persisted and they have scratched my phone as well!!

I have given it three times but there is no solution, now they are not even responding to my question

I am requesting a timely revert from your end!!
