Nokia Lumia 710
Apps don't work

I bought lumia710 one month ago. And its apps don't connect to network properly especially 2g networks. I am not able to even sign in on Skype on 2g network. All the time error comes that there is network problem but at the same time I can open websites on IE . I am using Vodafone and I have talked to their customer care and they said its a phone issue. And when I went to Nokia service centre they said its vodafone's network issue. I spent 15000 on this phone but I am not able to use very basic apps like whatsapp, Skype, Facebook on this phone. I really want my money back otherwise I will go to consumer court.
