FAULTY WASHING MACHINE

I was purchased washing machine model no F 8068 NDP on 20 12 after repeated calls to the so called customer service nearly 10 times, the engineer visited for demo and informed that the PCB of this machine is faulty, hence it will not work. I request the company to exchange the machine at earliest, why i keep the repaired machine if i paid for a new.
