Faber Chimney
Service... warranty card

Have been facing major problem again and again... Did not get the warranty card of faber chimney ltw500 for which have been getting all services from 7 yrs by showing the purchase bill but have to go through headaches all the time... no one being able to get a duplicate warranty from the company... I would like to ask... is faber doubtful its their machine... or are they doubtful that that is a different model??? When u can see it is a life time warranty model and of faber why am I going through mental Harris, eats all the time... why can I not get a hassle freee service... Is it a reputed brand or a chalta forts brand... last try to write to the co if they can give a solution other wise... divya lath, Kolkata... c if anything can be done
