Food processor is faulty, issue not addressed

We purchased Kenstar food processor from Virmani appliances (Karol bagh) and have warranty card as well.

Very first day its lock started getting unlocked and jammed the procesor, we logged the complaint DEL1412120288. Technician visited and told that this is the replacement case and supervisor will visit our home again for confirmation. Till now no one has turned up. We lodged complaint 3 times after a long wait but every time they closed that automatically without any reason. Very poor service, I want my food procesor to be replaced or money back as its under warranty.
