Defective Instrument V 1542

I have purchased V1542 in Sept'12, wherein while listening recorded call.. my voice doesn't play clear i.e cracked.

I complained in Sept itself to Baroda Mr. Sundar (99252 79848, Sarthi commn- near Pandya breedge- Baroda), he tried but couldn't solve fault. And directed me to wait for 15 days.

After that i reminded many timed but no result. At last he gave me cell no. 9067855151. to talk for.

Where i talked about date of purchase & nature of fault twice in last week.. he told that he require to take knowhow from HO.

It seems they don bother about image of company.

Till today my cell-phone fault is not solved.

Had i not mistaked to go for Videocon mobile?
