Total failure of the TV

I have already made a complaint in writing as there was no proper response vide my letter dated 28-11 but I find no response to the same despite of the fact that there were complaints about defective working of my 42" LG LED TV - LG prior to the expiry of one year from purchase, so called warranty period. For your knowledge, I am informed and I have confirmed from their showrooms that now Vijay Sales are not selling any of the products of LG, may be problem with their products or something else. But it is affecting customer like me. Numerous calls and complaints by mail have been sent but till to day there is no response [if need be I can forward all of them] . In the said detailed written complaint I have asked for replacement of the TV. Please note that the TV had originally some problem which I have already pointed out with their registered complaints to which they can not deny as the reference no.s given in the said letters are actually given by them.

At the same time in the said letter I have made reference to the telephonic talk with one of the employee of LG which was in the presence of Vijay Sales Executive [Ms. Pooja Gandhi] who clearly stated that the percentage of complaints in respect of the 42" LED LG TV is approx. 10%. In that case I fail to understand as to how any company can sale defective products at the cost of the public. Mind well the cost of the product which I have paid is Rs. 52, 500/-. And therefore I have asked for a total replacement.

I bonafidely believe that your intervention may result in to a final resolution.
