I am a Nokia Lumia 800 user . my uncle had gifted me a phone in july26 . I had used the phone very well but when in December I had to update my phone to 7.8 so I got there but I had no bill that time so they had tell me give us 350RS and we will update your phone . so sir my question is this that who will get this 350RS Nokia care or the person who is updating my phone . and sir update are free at Zune so why are taking charge??
