HTC Mobile
Not considering the warrenty

As i have given my hTC mobile (Purchased on 11 oct'2011 with 1 year

warranty) to service center, Redington India Ltd, Gurgaon on 01

Oct'2012 under warranty Ticket no. 12INA400000773. The problem was

regarding touch panel not working initially when unlock the mobile.

Till one month i did not get positive response from service center,

gurgaon.

In month of November'2012 after talking to you, hTC service center,

gurgaon demand for the repairing charges.

After giving complaint through customer care (Ticket no.

12INA440009049, 12INA450002183 and hTC mobile online feedback) I was

told to resolve the issue with service center, gurgaon with the excuse

of physical damage.

In December, when i went to Gurgaon service center, they told me that my

mobile is not considered under warranty and now it will be repaired

with repairing charges. They do not have any explaination for not

considering warranty.

Already three months gone. Kindly resolve the issue.
