Phillips
Product undelivered & advance payment made

Electronics and household app.

I had given my old Phillips CD Player (MCD 177/98) at the authorised Phillips service centre (M/s S.K. Electronics, Opp. Rani Sati Gate, Indore-MP) for getting it repaired. It was found by them that the player had some irreparable problem and hence they offered me an exchange with a new Phillips CD Player from the models available in the market after paying the difference amount which they will tell me depending upon the model and the price of the player I choose. I chose Phillips home theatre model HTS 2512/94 for which I was asked to pay Rs.2800/- as advance and was promised the delivery of the product in next two days. I made the payment on 17/11 and still I haven't got the product. Moreover nobody gives a proper response as to when I will get it. I have contacted on every number provided to me as well as personally visited S.K Electronics many times but there is no response. The least I want is to know what is taking so much time and I'm not even getting that answer. Please help me deal with this procrastination and irresponsible behaviour on the part of Phillips. Following are the contact numbers of the officials I have been made to speak to by S.K. Electronics:
