Egarding change of touch pad

I have gorn several times to different nokia care in jayanagar 3rd block and of basvangudi in past 1 month for replacement of my touch pad of c2-03 set but everytime i go there they ignore me by saying that they have stock of touch pad and to try it in some other nokia care.this is really disappointing and i think a serious action has to be taken against them.
