2 GB DATA AT SPEED OF 3G FOR FOUR MONTH NOT ACTIVATE

Sir,

I purchased nokia lumia 610 on 29 dec 18 days back which has an offer of 2gb data free at speed of 3g per month for 4 months.

After I got my handset and micro sim activated, I dialed idea & nokia customer care to get my free 3g activated. The customer care executive told me that the offer is not valid.

Still till date 3g free service not active on my mobile.

Mobile purchase invoice are attached

please take necessary actions.
