I called what i thought was toshiba, and what i really got was pc care.

they told me they were toshiba, and sold me a suport package to take care of my pc for 39.95, they extorted 299.95 from my account, and want return it.

After many call and many put offs i gave up. i still have not had a call back, or money and yet they'r still out there scamming the hell out of people. and our U.S. justic dept. does nothing. &please help.&
