Purchased N91 from (Invoice no : 1135 and 3-06) IME no. 358391000236324 Nokia Care Secto 22-c Chandigarh. JobSheet no. 9876 .I was promised that the Mobile was Brand New and on the 3rd day the cell phone was hanging and freezing every now and then while listening to songs and during regular use as well. I gave the handset to the Nokia Care ppl and they say that the cell phone will be sent to Delhi for repair. Well, you ppl call the N91 to be one of the best Nokia cell phones in market these days and this is how it works??? thats really PATHETIC..

The bottom line is I DONT WANT MY CELL PHONE TO BE REPAIRED SO SOON... I DONT WANT MY CELL PHONE TO BE OPENED FOR A REPAIR SO SOOOOONNNN... I spent around Rs.30, 000 I also called your call centre at 080-30303838 and they dont have any info about my cell phone.. Isnt that so great of your services??? Why should I suffer if you are selling some inferior quality product which crashes within a week or even less??? Do you guys know that its not EVEN BEEN A WEEK THAT I BOUGHT THE CELL PHONE??? I was promised that i will get a call back within 48 hours. And it has been almost 4 days. No response from yourside. Your Customer Support person says that they cannot replace the mobile as there is no such policy. I don't think if a newly purchased product which is almost 3 days old stopped working should be repaired.

I have been contacting them from past 2 weeks. There customer Support person said that they will contact within 48 hours with a solution. No go. They didn't ever call me. I talked with there supervisor, Floor Manager. All of them said that they will repair the mobile. I just want to ask i purchased a brand new handset. I didn't even used for 6 hours. It stopped working. It is the latest handset nokia launched and they are saying me they will repair. It has been 12 days. they without my permission send it to repair centre.
