Deactive the service (aircel music connect)

HI,

Its very ridiculous that without my knowledge how you people activate the music connect service and also cut charges for it for my no (9658211789). please its heartly request plz as soon as possible deactive it, otherwise, i should change my no to any other company.and also your service is very disgushting, no one response the call when i'am trying to call you regarding on my problem.
