Repeated problem of cooling

Since the purchase of AC (window - 1.8 ton) Model No:- LGLWA-19H1 RDL5 on 11-03 we are facing problems every now and then. First it showed the problem of ice collection at the front panel within few months of its purchase. And then the gas problem followed by cooling panel problem. Till now we have sent the product atleast 6 times to the factory for rectification but the problem continues to be there. The LG so-called engineers come to check the machine, take it to the factory keep it there for 6-7 days and then bring it back assuring that the problem is solved. And then after 3-4 days the process repeats. Again it shows no cooling, we register the complaint and the whole cycle is repeated with no effective recovery. We are fed up now. Could some one suggest us what to do? We have no other option than to go go the consumer court besides banning the product forever.
