Worst Service

Dear Sir,

I have purchased the new A/c in the month of 28th March in Chellamani & Co vide bill no. 0824. Only two month is worked and thenav got repaired.

So I gave the complain on 12th June vide reference No. CHE120620120333. and engineer has visited and taken the OUTDOOR UNITfor that we have Rs.120/ towards service charges.

Almost second month in process so far they put the OUTDOOR unit in our house.

I find this is worst service in our India.

I have called up so many time to Chennai and also in the Call Centre - BUT NO USE.

what is use they are introducing new product.

I felt WORST SERVICE, NOT ONLY ENGINEERS AND ALSO THE SUPERIOR WHO HAS GETTING SALARY IN THERE ACCOUNT.
