Delay in repairing

This is amit sharma i purched mobile hand set of airfone (af-100) on 14/7 from vgs mobile shop madhubani (bihar), after ten days it was dead so i gave it to tilak communication an authorised service center in patna on 30/7 for repairing, after 4 days i took status and i got to know that they even not touched the mobile so i told them to do it fast i regularly asked them but they continuously replied that the hand set sent to delhi & it wil come soon, now after ten days i again asked them but they replied negativly so now i came to you plz solve my problem as early as possible.
