No proper response from the franchisee

Sir, We have purchased a 25ltr Aqua sure water purifier from an agency called Aqua Zone, Coimbatore, TN, India. an year back. As of now we have changed 2 catridges, which is supposed to be 1. The life of the first catridge is 9months and that of the second one is 2 months. i feel its difficult for any one to change the catridge (Rs 450) to change in every two months. The marketing executive of the company itself says its a company fault and nothing to do with the maintenance. Still we are ready to purchase a new one and we have registered one with Aqua Zone (Franchisee) 20 days back. Yesterday we enquired by telling a sudo name and they were ready to deliver it inperson. When we called today and asked, THEIR RESPONSE WAS " THERE IS NO STOCK, WILL INFORM WHEN IT COMES ". They were not even soft while speaking, its really hurting the customers. If this continues slowly Eureka forbes will lose its name and fame which they have gained over this period. Pls kindly go through this complaint and let me know and pls do inform the franchisees to br soft with the customers . kindly get me the phone no of some other franchisee in Coimbatore.
